Inland Magazine is a yearly publication based in Italy, dedicated to documenting the soul of a country before it becomes history. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you accept these terms in full.

2. Products and Pricing

We sell physical printed magazine issues through our website. All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Inland Magazine does not store or have access to your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from Italy. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are provided as estimates only. For full details on shipping times, costs, and policies, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@inland-mag.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, text, design, and layout, is the property of Inland Magazine and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Inland Magazine.

8. Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Inland Magazine makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law
