All Inland Magazine issues are shipped from Italy and are available for delivery worldwide. Below you will find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Times

Italy: 3–5 business days. European Union: 5–10 business days. Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing. Inland Magazine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. Both tracked and standard shipping options may be available depending on your location.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at info@inland-mag.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible at info@inland-mag.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
